The Charles Houston Bar Association Law Students Page Current Law School Enrollees RE: 2010-11 Graduate Law Clerk Program Dear: Law Students: This office is seeking highly motivated and qualified law students for its 2010-11 Graduate Law Clerk Program. Candidates must possess strong research and writing skills and have an interest in government law. Students who have or are expected to successfully complete their law school careers by June 2010 are eligible to apply. This office expects to fill, at least one, full time, paid, Graduate Law Clerk position. Work in this position starts in mid August, 2010 and extends for one year. All interested candidates must submit a letter of interest, a resume, and a writing sample to Assistant County Counsel Calvin C. Candidates must possess strong research and writing skills and have an interest in government law. Students in the process of completing their first or second years of law school study, and who are in good standing at their respective schools, are eligible to apply. (Third year students should inquire about our Graduate Law Clerk Program that will begin recruiting in February for the 2010-11 year.) The Summer Law Clerk position is a full time/paid position during the summer months. There will likely be two positions available.
